As a key member of the GoRight Fleet Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's continued growth and success through the provision of expert legal services.
The Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex commercial contracts to maximize business outcomes while minimizing risk. This includes advising on key employment matters, implementing standard contract templates, and leading corporate governance activities.
In addition, the Legal Counsel will stay ahead of evolving legal regulations, providing insights to ensure compliance and delivering actionable legal advice to inform broader business strategies. You will also assist in the development of internal guidelines and policies, collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate potential legal challenges, and act as a key legal partner to various departments.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, and superior organizational skills. You should have experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, a proven ability to balance legal risk with business opportunity, and a strong understanding of commercial and/or employment law.
