Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop our sales team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate the ordering and receipt of merchandise to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
  • Authorize Returns: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our store is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and sell merchandise to our customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Effectively resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in the store.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, organized, reliable, and a team player.
