Responsibilities
As an Electrical Tech, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing excellent customer service by resolving issues in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner
  • Using your troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical information in layman's terms to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Working on residential electrical services and repairs, using your knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional results

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need to meet the following requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of residential service experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
