Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Attack Surface Management Lead to join our Cyber Security Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, understanding, managing, and communicating risks to the business due to software and infrastructure vulnerabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vulnerability management, with experience working with Microsoft Defender and reputable SAST, SCA, and CSPM tools. They will be highly competent in producing meaningful reports and communicating to relevant stakeholders.

The Attack Surface Management Lead will work closely with owners of internally developed software, 3rd party software, and on-premise/cloud infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities within the Iceland environment. They will then use their vulnerability management experience to provide a prioritized understanding of risks posed to the business by these vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuous vulnerability scanning and management of periodic independent vulnerability assessments
  • Providing assurance of effective and comprehensive patch management
  • Producing meaningful reports and communicating to relevant stakeholders
  • Working with Microsoft Defender and reputable SAST, SCA, and CSPM tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years' experience managing scanning, patching, and vulnerability management
  • Experience working closely with outsourced vendors and global delivery teams
  • Experience using scanning tools like Qualys and Tenable to develop remediation plans for cloud and on-prem DC's
  • Ability to present to leadership at CISO level meetings
  • CISM or equivalent
