About the Role

Majuba Acres Ltd. is seeking a skilled Greenhouse Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and other work areas
  • Cultivate on vertical farming system
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes
  • Operate climate controls
  • Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts
  • Tie and secure plants
  • Mix and prepare soils
  • Plant bulbs and seeds
  • Pot and re-pot plants
  • Assist in grafting activities
  • Dig up wrapping rootballs of trees and shrubs
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
Requirements
  • Experience an asset
  • Durée de l'emploi: Permanent
