Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at ACE Daycare. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to engage our audience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Manage and maintain our digital database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide support for various initiatives, including accessibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign development and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, including social media management platforms and email marketing software.
