About the RoleThis is a key position that requires a strong understanding of payroll and accounts payable processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Process and verify payroll and accounts payable transactions
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment issues
- Perform weekly payroll verification and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll and accounts payable transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and vendors
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll and accounts payable
- Strong understanding of payroll and accounts payable processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
