About the RoleThe Product Launch Specialist will be responsible for launching new automotive accessories, updating sales tools, managing digital assets, identifying sales opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies/promotions, following current automotive market trends and being a product expert for the Mobis accessory portfolio.
Key Accountabilities:- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay up-to-date on current trends and products.
- Develop business cases and sales strategies for new and existing products, programs, and accessory packages.
- Collaborate with the Product Development and Quality teams to launch new accessories and provide ongoing support for the accessory portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records of accessory application charts and related documentation.
- Leverage digital assets effectively through careful curation and tracking.
- Analyze inventory trends and execute sales strategies and promotions for existing products.
- Coordinate and report on sales activities and promotions.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Attend trade shows and industry events as required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in automotive, marketing, business, sales, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to edit and create digital assets.
- Excellent working knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-oriented environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be team-oriented, customer service-focused, and an automotive enthusiast.
- Bilingualism (French) is an asset.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
