Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Specialist to join our team at FYidoctors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient service, managing appointment bookings, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet patients and provide a positive first impression
• Check patients in and out of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
• Communicate with patients in person, via phone, and through written correspondence
• Process billing and payments, and manage appointment bookings
• Administer pre-testing services and manage prescription printouts
• Uphold excellent customer service standards, using your charisma and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new technology
• Professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position working up to 40 hours per week. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our patients and contributing to the success of our organization.
