About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on early morning shifts in the St. Thomas-area. The successful candidate will provide nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent degree, as well as current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses. They will also possess Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, basic computer proficiency, and a valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the needs of our residents
  • Provide timely and accessible admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Ensure the safekeeping of medications and narcotics
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment.
