About the Role
The Claims Service Representative plays a vital role in supporting customers through their First Notice of Loss experience, delivering an exceptional customer journey. This involves guiding customers by answering incoming calls, providing seamless service, and ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Key responsibilities include:

- Handling FNOL calls for Auto and Property customers
- Making decisions on claims and explaining the claim process and next steps
- Setting up Methods of Inspections and/or Emergency Services where required

To excel in this role, you should have 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in auto/property claim adjusting. Strong communication skills, including the ability to respond to customers with empathy and care, are essential. Additionally, you should be able to work under pressure and complete tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation of all details concerning a loss.
