Job Title: Construction Site Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team at Marz Trauma & Restoration Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment on our construction sites. This includes sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and emptying trash cans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and wax floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Make minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar field of employment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

35 hours per week.
