Key Responsibilities- Assist with patient care and provide basic supportive care as directed by the healthcare team.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.
- Minimum Grade 10 education, Manitoba standards, required.
- Successful completion of a recognized Health Care Aide course required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Previous patient care experience.
- Knowledge of the Personal Health Information Act (PHIA) and Principles of Routine Practices (Universal Precautions).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
