Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Associate to join our team at Goodfood, a leading food manufacturing company. As an Automation Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our automation department.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for replenishing machines with various ingredients, participating in changeovers, and maintaining cleanliness of the work environment. You will also report any issues or delays to the supervisor on duty and follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Replenish machines and participate in changeovers;
  • Maintain cleanliness of the machines and overall work environment;
  • Report any issues or delays to the supervisor on duty;
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times;
  • Communicate with the inventory or production departments when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial work experience;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily targets;
  • Ability to communicate, write and read in English;
  • The ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds repetitively during your shift;
  • A willingness to work in a cold workplace (0 to +4 degrees Celsius).

Compensation
