Marketing Coordinator

Responsabilités
  • Soutenir les initiatives du département telles que la coordination d'événements et de salons, les campagnes de marketing par courriel, le contenu des médias sociaux, le matériel de marketing et la création de textes.
  • Aider à l'exécution des programmes de marketing tels que le développement collatéral, les produits, les brochures générales, et les présentations d'entreprise en accord avec l'identité de l'entreprise.
  • Coordonner la logistique des événements marketing, des salons professionnels en personne et virtuels.
  • Coordiner les campagnes de marketing par courriel sur les produits, les événements ou le contenu, ainsi que le bulletin d'information mensuel.
  • Aider à développer et à créer du contenu pour les médias sociaux tels que LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Aider à créer le contenu des publicités numériques hors ligne et en ligne, et communiquer avec le graphiste externe pour créer la publicité finale, au besoin.
  • Coordonner le tournage des vidéos de marketing (du tournage de la vidéo à la supervision du montage et au téléchargement des vidéos sur différentes plateformes).
  • Mettre à jour les profils numériques de l'entreprise sur différentes plateformes telles que PMMI Leaders in Packaging, ProSource, etc.
  • Mettre à jour et maintenir le matériel de marketing, y compris les images, les vidéos et tout autre contenu dans le dossier de marketing et sur les étagères de marketing.
  • Évaluer et surveiller en permanence les performances des campagnes en analysant les principaux paramètres et en créant des rapports complets.
  • Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs externes afin de garantir une exécution de haute qualité et en temps voulu des programmes de marketing, et assurer la compétitivité.
Compétences requises
  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience prouvée en marketing
  • Baccalauréat en gestion de projet, marketing, communication ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Connaissance de MS PowerPoint, Excel et de tout programme d'automatisation du marketing
  • Connaissance de WordPress, de la conception graphique, du référencement ou des publicités payantes (un atout)
  • Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion de projet, ainsi que le souci du détail
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de communication écrite et verbale
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de rédaction et de correction de textes
  • Expérience de diverses plateformes, canaux et meilleures pratiques de marketing, y compris le marketing social, numérique et par courriel
  • Une personne autonome capable de faire avancer les projets, de prioriser les tâches et de respecter des délais stricts
  • Doit avoir un haut niveau de créativité
  • Capable de voyager
  • Bilingue: Français et Anglais (La majorité de nos clients et fournisseurs communiquent en anglais)
