About the Role

The Manager, Core Algorithms Development will play a critical role in leading a team of software developers responsible for creating algorithms to optimize supply chains. As a key member of the Core Algorithms Development team, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of the algorithms, from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software developers to design, develop, and deploy algorithms that optimize supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in supply chain optimization and software development.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their supply chain challenges and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Kinaxis remains at the forefront of supply chain innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading software development teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in supply chain optimization and software development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, including demand planning, MRP, S&OP, and capacity planning.
