Job Title: Barista

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Second Cup. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality beverages and food items.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or food service role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
