Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure includes base pay, plus potential bonuses based on performance and job satisfaction.

Job Description

As an Exterior Decor Specialist at BERRY HOMES, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing Surfaces for Painting: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from any obstacles or debris before applying paint or coatings.
  • Repairing Cracks and Holes: Use various techniques and materials to repair cracks and holes in walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth finish.
  • Mixing Paint: Mix paint to the desired color and texture using our proprietary formulas and equipment.
  • Applying Finishes: Apply paint, coatings, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces to achieve a professional-looking result.
  • Color Consultation: Advise clients on the best colors and wall coverings for their homes, taking into account their personal preferences and design style.
Physical Requirements

As an Exterior Decor Specialist, you will need to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work at heights. You must also be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks without fatigue.

Work Environment
