About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at B&D Montessori Learning Academy Ltd. As an ECE assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Provide exceptional care and support to children with special needs, including those with behavioural issues, allergies, and ADHD/ADD
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including immunization records and criminal record checks
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Child development assistant certification (ECE level 1) and emergency child care first aid and CPR certification
  • Experience working with children with special needs and allergies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
