Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Marketing & Communication Manager to join our creative team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences. Your expertise in content creation will help us showcase our brand's unique value proposition and engage our target audience across various digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) markets.Design, manage, and optimize multichannel content, including digital and printed materials.Supervise the creation and distribution of editorial and visual content.Manage social media strategy to enhance engagement and increase brand visibility.Ensure the update and optimization of digital platforms.Coordinate the management of marketing and event projects.Ensure compliance with brand guide standards.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Analyze the performance of actions and recommend optimizations.Travel for content creation and event participation.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.Experience in commercial real estate and customer experience is an asset.Proficiency with major digital platforms and tools, such as social media, WordPress, Craft, MailChimp, or equivalents.A good understanding of SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, and visibility platforms like Google My Business.Knowledge of graphic design software, such as InDesign, is an asset.
