- Lead the overall approach for projects, including major time frames and definition of major deliverables">
- Establish and ensure appropriate governance functions for projects to identify and manage risks and issues">
- Monitor and coordinate dependencies across projects and resolve conflicts">
- Lead project execution, progress compared with plan, and production of agreed deliverables">
- Lead regular interactions with sponsors to report on progress and recommend any project needs or changes in response to any risks and issues">
- Direct creation and maintenance of required project documentation and artifacts">
- Develop and control project budget and manage expenditure within agreed spending plans">
- Ensure all project management activities are conducted in accordance with Change Management Framework">
- Ensure and balance availability of required skills and competencies across project teams">
Requirements:
">We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled project manager who possesses exceptional leadership skills, high degree of political sensitivity, and ability to use informal power structure of organization to achieve project success. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience in influencing and negotiation in an environment with high competition for resources.
">Qualifications:
">The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 10+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years managing multiple mid to large scale projects is required. PMP Certification and Agile Certification are assets.
