Retail Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and brand awareness for our clients' products at major retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet client and company objectives by maintaining full distribution on all authorized SKUs.
- Communicate effectively with company management and customers to achieve sales goals.
- Sell at store level "live orders" on multiple clients in over 50% of their stores on a monthly basis.
- Increase sales volume through promotional activity by selling and building displays, creating themes with related items, and making plan-o-gram adjustments when necessary.
- Maintain client objectives by ensuring all authorized client items have accurate and complete tags and removing un-saleable or out-of-code product.
- Work with clients to authorize items to meet shelf schematic standards and take direction on tagging, rotating, and placing POS materials.
- Achieve client goals and objectives by effectively managing stores within your territory and executing projects and standards.
- Prepare and make wholesaler sub-group headquarter calls with a minimum of four sub-group calls per month.
- Complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or 0-2 years of experience in Retail, Client, or food broker.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
- Mathematical and analytical skills.
