Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Parcelx. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 delivery drivers and provide guidance on work methods and productivity.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely delivery of packages.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and recommend measures to improve work methods.
  • Train or arrange for training to improve team performance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
