Your expertise will be crucial in meticulously planning and executing project construction, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and budget constraints to meet profitability objectives.

You will manage subcontractors and suppliers, guiding and inspiring the project team towards delivering professional and cost-effective plans and specifications.

Effective communication will underpin your leadership style, fostering transparency and synergy within the team.

You will navigate every aspect of project finances with precision, tracking budgets, quantifying design changes, and managing progress claims and change orders.

As a mentor and coach, you will empower team members, while ensuring unwavering adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

About the Role

Requirements
