Key Responsibilities
- Participate in plumbing and gasfitting activities at all stages of the building lifecycle, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Install, troubleshoot, and overhaul entire plumbing and gasfitting systems.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to comprehend project requirements before commencing work.
- Measure and lay out reference points for installation with precision.
- Verify and prepare materials required for projects, ensuring accurate material type and quantity.
- Adhere to Star Mechanical's Safety Program and relevant safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
Working Conditions
Primarily work on-site during regular business hours (Monday to Friday), dispatched from a designated location. The role involves exposure to noise from equipment and machinery, occupational hazards, and inclement weather. Physical work pace and exertion may lead to limited physical fatigue. Additional hours may be available for those who demonstrate a strong work ethic.
