About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at SE Health. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors by providing high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess care plans and provide individualized care to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Administer medication and provide guidance to CHWs on medication management
  • Provide emotional support and feedback to clients and families

Qualifications
  • Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses
  • Current full practicing licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC (CLPNBC)
  • Certificates in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid
