Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team at HR Concrete Cutting & Coring Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris; empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Washing and Disinfecting: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings; clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Work Environment: Work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and handle physically demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of materials and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
