Position Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist - Industrial Sales to identify and qualify potential leads, engage prospects, and collaborate with internal teams to create opportunities for the Business Development team. Key responsibilities include managing inbound calls and emails, identifying potential leads, working with internal teams, gaining product knowledge, and conducting personalized cold outreach.
Requirements
Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales (B2B preferred), familiarity with lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems, excellent research and prospecting abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptability, and patience in dynamic environments. A university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. Ideal candidates will have extensive B2B lead generation experience, proficiency in tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and certifications in sales or digital marketing.
