This role involves handling new claims, conducting investigations, and resolving disputes. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening new claims with clients over the phone, gathering fact versions from insureds and/or witnesses, determining if the claim is covered or not, analyzing obtained information, making decisions that will help establish responsibility and revising damage assessments, settling claims in a fair and equitable manner, validating damages and completing payments.
About the Position
- This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
