Lead Advanced Analytics Team

We are seeking an experienced Strategic AI & Predictive Analytics Director to drive insights and innovation across our organization. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of predictive models, algorithms, and AI-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for AI and predictive analytics initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to apply predictive analytics and AI techniques to improve business processes and outcomes.
  • Manage a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI specialists.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Project Management:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for AI and predictive analytics projects, from conception to deployment and monitoring.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Model Development and Implementation:

  • Design and develop advanced predictive models using machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
  • Implement generative AI algorithms for tasks such as natural language processing (NLP), image recognition, or anomaly detection.

Data Management and Integration:

  • Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and integration from multiple sources to ensure data quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to deploy data pipelines and infrastructure necessary for analytics and AI solutions.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Monitor the performance of predictive models and AI systems, and iterate on improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing and validation to validate model effectiveness and business impact.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate findings, and provide actionable insights.
  • Present complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Benefits

Celestica Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
