Key Responsibilities- Harvesting Crops: You will be responsible for harvesting crops in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality produce is delivered to our customers.
- Equipment Operation: You will operate tractors and other farm equipment to support crop harvesting and farm maintenance tasks.
- Worksite Environment: You will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, exposed to dust, heat, and other weather conditions.
- Physical Demands: You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform manual labor tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: We will provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
