About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Jerome Facility Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing
    • Clean and disinfect floors, surfaces, and equipment
    • Empty trash and recyclables
    • Restock supplies and linens
  • Housekeeping
    • Make beds and change sheets
    • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
    • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Laundry and Linen Management
    • Launder clothing and household linens
    • Mend clothing and linens
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns
    • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Handle and report lost and found items
    • Shop for food and household supplies
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
