Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut Strathroy. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, adhering to our quality control procedures and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Staff Development: Train and develop kitchen staff, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets, controlling costs and ensuring that we are operating within our financial targets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.

- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
