Job Title: Lead Painter - Interior Renovations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team at Classic Touch Interior Renovations Inc. as a Lead Painter - Interior Renovations Specialist.

About the Role:

This is a key position in our company that requires strong leadership and technical skills. The successful candidate will lead a team of painters, supervise job sites, and ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of painters to complete interior painting projects
  • Supervise job sites to ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Develop and implement efficient work processes to increase productivity
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in painting or a related field
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
