- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Lead the resolution of complex technical issues, working closely with development managers to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve application stability, availability, and performance.
- Manage customer satisfaction, ensuring that operational procedures meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including budget management, resource planning, and personnel actions.
- 6-10 years of experience in an applications support role, with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in people management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to plan and organize workload, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred.
