Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Nourish NB. As a key member of our bar operations team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience through expertly crafted cocktails and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange the bar area to create visually appealing displays
  • Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring seamless service and high-quality drinks
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a clean and safe environment
  • Advise customers on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink pairings
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring timely and accurate service
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
