Job Title: National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at SharkNinja Canada. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving world-class account management initiatives and collaborating with our retail partners to meet sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and net margin expansion.
  • Manage customer profitability and work closely with internal teams to develop quotes for new items and manage promotional spending within ROI goals.
  • Make critical decisions based on financial analysis of multiple scenarios to drive profitable growth.
  • Lead and mentor direct reports, with a focus on development plans and people leadership.
  • Collaborate with commercial and category analytic teams to report POS, trends, and factors impacting the business.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of national account sales management or equivalent experience working directly with a retailer in a buying or merchandising function.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working on high-performing teams and people leadership experience required.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time (Canada + US).
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills to gather and analyze large sets of data and create reports for management.
