Groupe Robert is a leading company in the field of corporate solutions, seeking an experienced Corporate Solutions Director to lead its application development and innovation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex application development projects, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in this field. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to solve complex problems and make strategic decisions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on innovation and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the integration and optimization of existing applications, as well as overseeing application development and integration projects.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-sponsored RRSP, telemedicine, group insurance and benefits, corporate discounts, and state-of-the-art systems and equipment.

In order to be considered for this position, applicants must have a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant training/experience, and be fluent in English (written and spoken). A minimum of 7 years' experience in managing complex application development projects, as well as personnel management, is also required.

This role requires a strong understanding of application development, business intelligence systems, CRM, financial and human resources applications (ERP), as well as Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
