Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of fuel invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and discrepancies.
  • Work in a multi-company account structure with multiple currencies, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Investigate discrepancies, including vendor statement reconciliations and foreign exchange calculations.
  • Assist with team on fuel invoice payment procedures and ensure compliance with internal controls and C-Sox requirements.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education and/or certificate in a related field (i.e., Accounting or Finance).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
  • High level of Excel proficiency and a keen interest in learning new technology.
  • Previous experience with JD Edwards strongly desired, experience with other ERP software and reporting systems considered an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and a strong desire for continuous improvement.
