Plumber - Cenovus Sunrise Site

Bouchier is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to support our camp dorm renovation project at the Cenovus Sunrise Site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing piping systems, ensuring compliance with plumbing codes, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine piping layouts.
- Install underground and above-ground piping, fittings, and pressure gauges.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and training requirements for natural gas systems.
- Locate and mark positions for pipe connections and passage holes.
- Measure and cut pipes using hand and power tools.
- Thread and join pipes using couplings.
- Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
- Prepare cost estimates and receive work orders.
- Red Seal or Alberta certified Journeyman Plumber certificate.
- Journeyman Gas Fitter Class A or B is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- CSTS and OSSA Regional Orientation or OSSA BSO certification.
- Proficiency in threading techniques and ability to interpret blueprints.
- Minimum three years of experience in an oilfield industrial environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of plumbing system installation and repairs.
