Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Cranbrook, BC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing quality respiratory care services to patients with sleep apnea or requiring home oxygen therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct full respiratory assessments and diagnostics as applicable
  • Assess and evaluate test results, delivering supplies/equipment as required
  • Develop treatment plans with clients, physicians, and care teams, obtaining informed client consent
  • Provide follow-up services to evaluate the effects of treatment plans, comfort clients using treatment, and address compliance
Requirements
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
  • Licensed to practice with the provincial governing body
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
  • Strong cardio-respiratory assessment skills
  • Valid driver's license and clear vulnerable persons check
  • Previous experience in the healthcare field an asset
