Job Summary

The University of Ottawa is seeking a highly qualified Part-time Professor to teach Discrete Structures as they apply to computer science, algorithm analysis, and design. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the subject matter and demonstrated teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Discrete Structures to undergraduate students
  • Develop and deliver course materials, including lectures, assignments, and exams
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback
  • Stay current with developments in the field and incorporate new ideas into the course

Requirements

  • Doctorate in a field related to computer science or a relevant work experience
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
