Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Parfait Immigration Ltd. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the organization
  • Delegate work to office support staff to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
