Job Title: Respite Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Respite Worker to join our team at ILNSA. As a Respite Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and physically demanding role
