We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital in Trail, B.C. This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
About the RoleAs an Occupational Therapist with Interior Health Authority, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of programs for residents/clients. You will work collaboratively as part of our interdisciplinary team to promote functional independence and achieve optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professions of British Columbia (CHCPBC).
- Valid driver's license.
- Competitive salary: $73,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
