Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at On The Run - Convenience Store. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockouts are minimized.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
