Job Summary: As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food items according to menu specifications. You will work closely with our experienced chefs to ensure that orders are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items using fresh ingredients and adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • Ensure food presentation meets our high standards by plating dishes attractively and garnishing with fresh herbs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, a passion for cooking, and excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
