Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed to meet the demands of the business.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Team Player: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a client-focused approach, working as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
