Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Central Auto Repair Services INC.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Office Administration: Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel, itineraries, and reservations for employees and clients as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.

The successful candidate will have 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry. A permanent position is available, working 35 hours per week, with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
