Job Responsibilities
Our RPNs/LPNs provide clinical care to clients in their homes, focusing on ensuring they receive the highest quality care possible. This includes developing personalized care plans, administering medications, and providing wound care and management.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with clients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are also required.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience in tracheostomy care is an asset, and training will be provided for those who do not have prior experience. You should be comfortable working in different locations and settings, including residential homes and clinics.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation, ranging from $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes company-sponsored health and dental insurance, a retirement savings plan with employer contributions, and paid orientation and training.
Work Schedule and Availability
We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and casual positions. Available shifts include nights/evenings and day time shifts, with a minimum of 15 hours per week required for some roles.
